This winter is about their last it would seem by the way they are failing Mr Hess sticks pretty close to home He had a sick spell since you were here but is better at this time We have fairly good crops in the Valley except our corn in places was caught with frost but they think the fodder is all that will suffer as the corn is pretty well matured. Business has been better this year than last Each month I sold more goods than the same months last year Every thing is much higher in price perhaps would be one cause, but all farm products are higher and money more plenty
