building, North Hall Central Hall, South Hall; - There are nearly two-hundred-seventy five students attending about one hundred fifty board in the building. Other board in town. Last fall the places in the building engaged so I found a place at Mrs. Berry's where several others boarded among them was the Miss Lou and Orpha Beck, granddaughters of Old Mr. McDowel of Rippey, they live near Des Moines. This winter I board in the building and like it better for I have more time to study, always have a warm dinner etc. The buildings are heated by steam, the pipes passing though every room. The Faculty composed of eight excellent teachers including the principal Prof. Gilchrist. The school is divided into four courses first second third and forth years. The first year course
