March the 21 1875 Randolph PO [illegible] Oregon Miss Mowrer it is with pleasure that I attempt to pen you a few lines to let you known that I am still on the [illegible] & among the living. I may sincearly wish you & your mama & brothers the same blessing. Ella this is a lonesome day to me so I thought that I would write & see if you had forgotten me or not. Well this is a stormy day here, it is raining today. Well Ella I hear the sea lions a honking this morning
