will die in one of these spells. May & I cannot do anything more so I guess we will go to bed. Wed. Sept 22. Papa is better this morning but is so weak he can not get out of bed. Thurs. School again and nothing more. Friday. 24th I had to speak today. Spoke "Graves of the Household". Nothing particular for a week. Saturday. Oct 2nd Went nutting today with Helen & Bessie Moore, Anna Ryder, Linn, Herbert & Eugene Adams and W. [Tibbals?]. We started from Helens and walked two miles. The nuts were very thick. Linn, Anna and I got about half a bushel a piece, our bags would not hold any more.
