Take gum Mastic-in powder One ounce [Illegible] [10?] [Grains?] Filings of Iron a Dram And [Illegible] of gum-arabic enought to make an [Illegible] The Dose the size of a nutmeg Night and Morning. Another Alcohol six drams oil of [Turpentine?] two drams and oil of Vitriol [60?] drops. Mix the whole together adn give 20 or 30 drops twice a day in a half a Tea cup full of cold water. Anotherfor the same. Take of [Illegible] a dram and half Cinnamon half a dram. [Illegible] each of tehm to fine powder and with [Illegible] [terpantine?] make 24 [Illegible] [Illegible] to be taken night and morning. For the [salsy?] Let the [Illegible] [Illegible] take an emitic if posible. Then let the stomach and Bowels be cleansed by taking 5[Illegible] of [Illegible] and ten of best Rhubarb in powder and let the following medicine let 30 drops be given every 3 hours day and night and after that 3 [Illegible] or white [Illegible] and the [Illegible] be [Illegible] in a half a tea cup full of milk or milk and water. Let the afflicted part be well scrubbed with one of the follwing [Liniments?] Oil of amber and honey of each half an ounce and [Illegible] of [Illegible] [Illegible] one ounce make [Illegible]. Take notice [Illegible]-[Illegible] maybe drank freely It is made [this?] Take Mustard seed [Illegible] an ounce and a half Milk and water of each one [pint?] boil them togehter until the [Illegible] seperates them. Bottle it for use. A tea cup full may be drank four or five timesa day.
