Egg Cakes Take 2 Tea cups full of flour 1 Tea cup full of loaf sugar 3 eggs and a good slice of butter and a small piece of carbonate of soda. Mrs. G. Tea Cakes. Take 1/2 lb of butter well beaten 4 eggs leaving out 1 white a good sized basin of Lisbon sugar the same of Flour well mixed together drop it on tin about the size of a Walnut bake them in a quick oven about 20 minutes Mrs. G. Little Cakes Take 4 eggs 1/2 lb of powdered loaf sugar 1/4 lb of Flour 1/4 lb of butter melted, a little nutmeg and lemon peel be careful and not put the skin off the butter in Mrs. G
