Yorkshire Cake Take two pounds of flour & mix with it four ounces of butter melted in a pint of new milk three spoonfuls of yeast and two eggs beat well together and let it rise then nead it and make into cakes let them rise on tins before they are baked do them in a Slow oven A Minute Pudding one third of water and two thirds of milk bring it to the boil salt it and stir in flour until it is thick let it boil one minute Jennet Lymburner Belfast
