To make a great compond egg of twenty eggs. Take twenty good large colour eggs and part the yolks cleanlily from the whites and take the yolks and put them into a clean blader and them round and put them into a boyling pot and let them boyl untill they be hard then take it out and lay the white of your eggs into another blader and lay the yolks into the midst and ty it up round again and put into a boyling pot and let it boyl untill it be enough and turn it out of the bladder and it will be a perfect egg
