Cocoanut Jumbles 1 large cup grated cocoanut 1 cup butter 1 1/2 " sugar 3 eggs, whites & yolks beaten separately (Over next page) Rolled Oat Cookies 2/3 cup butter 2/3 " Brown sugar 1 " rolled oats 1 " flour 1 egg 1 teaspoon baking powder Mix butter and sugar, add flour, oats and egg. If too dry to roll easily add 1 spoonful cream.
