English Monkey 1/2 teaspoonful Armour's Ex. of beef 1 cup stale bread crumbs 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup cheese 1 tbs butter 1 egg salt & paprika Soak bread crumbs 15 min. in milk. Melt butter in ch. dish & add cheese. When melted add soaked crumbs, extract & Egg & Season. Cook 3 min. & Serve on toasted crackers. Lobster Toast Put tbs butter in chafing dish When melted add tbs chopped celery 1/2 cup cream. Cook 5 min & stir in 1 cup lobster meat Season with Salt & cayenne & place on toast.
