Fig jelly or Cousern 2 1/2 # Sugar 3 # Pears Cook until soft add 1 # chopped figs 1 # " Raisins & cook one hour then put in jelly tumblers Orange Marmalade 1 doz oranges 3 lemons Slice very thin & put in 4 qts water & let stand 36 hours. Then boil three hours in the same water & 8 # sugar & boil one half hour.
