the rind of a lemon cut very thin in a little water with a knot or two of sugar, & when the apple is turned out of the mould, pour the juice over it Finger Biscuits 4 eggs 30 drops of essence of Lemon 1/4 teaspoonful Ammonia well beaten together, then add 3/4 lb sifted sugar 1 lb Flour mix it all well together then roll in sugar the size of your finger bake 10 minutes Sago Jelly 1 Teacupful sago boiled 3 1/2 pts water till ready, when cold add 1/2 pt Rasp
