This was a highly favored meeting; and like many other meetings which we had; was crowned by the great Head of the Church. 27th. We left Carmarthen at ten:thirty in the fore-noon and arrived in Llandilo. Ida is well to-day. In the evening at eight o clock we took the cars for Aberdeen, Scotland. And we arrived there at twelve o'clock. We were all glad when we found our kind friend, John Duguid there, who, took us to his home and kindly cared for us. On First-day we attended their meetings at eleven:thirty in the fore-noon; and the other at six:thirty in the after-noon. In the last one Ida was largely favored; and the Gospel streams opened in the power: to proclaim the everlasting truth; to the softening and melting of many into tears. Friends expressed their unity with us. I dreamed last night I had returned safely home in answer to my prayers. And found all well; and I said, "Joseph, this looks like fall;" (autumn) How pleasantly I saw home again. And I felt great peace to fill my heart;--as a river overflowing its banks:
