Power from on high attended the words spoken and it was a great comfort to me, I gave up to go in faith and it gave me some thing new to be interested in and a new hope that my health would improve thru God's blessing and a change of climate and getting to dear Norway, my mother's childhood home where I had longed for years to go some day. After this I began to feel a little better and could eat more. We had some very solemn meetings before leaving home which I hope never to forget. On the evening of 4th. month, 13th., 1927 mamma, Georgetta and I were ready to leave, Merlin hitched the team to the carriage (as the roads were very muddy) after a touching farewall to the family Merlin lifted me into the rig, and we started off, waving at Ellen Johnson and daughter as we passed. I was impressed with a deathly feeling as tho I would not see Ellen again,
