-82- Cast anchor and be still, Until the sun again shines warm." From the world and all its sinful ways Thou hast from thy youth endeavored to abstain Seeking not its pomp nor yet it's praise But life eternal thou wouldst gain And now in this the evening of thy day The Lord again for thee hath opened up the way To go far out into the harvest fields There to gather straying wandering sheep Back to the fold of Christ that yields Better things than all this world can give Yea thy soul for all mankind doth yearn Desiring to be able thru God's blessing Their feet toward the heavenly city turn And when to thee it shall please the Lord to say It if enuf, no longer in this world thou shall stay We believe that Heaven shall be the goal For that part within thee the never dying soul And within thy heart may thou sing "o, grave where is thy victory."
