Bert Gordon's Grey coll-run away with up up to Ramny to a singing school and broke their best sleigh all into little peices, the horse dragged him some ways on the frozen ground and then ran into [illegible?] stable and knocked him over. Bert felt so bad about the sleigh after a day or two that he was sick a bed. But guess he has got over it now. He did not seem to care so much about the bruising as the sleigh. The latest sensation about here is the news miliner Mary Barret, I guess she will cut a figure at West Plymouth. Henry Blair held a meeting one evening last wek about bringing home the absent students to vote and pay their fare. Whenever you can conveniently I should like to have you send on a paper, for Father takes nothing but the Waterman and we cannot get him to take another, he said awhile ago he would take one for me but he promised when he thought I was not agoing to get well again, but now am better he only scolds if I say anything about it. I take the Youths Companion a little [illegible] for George and Kyron and
