Cummings (unreadable) last monday tuesday & wednesday, your father got home about 3 o'clock P.M. he & John Gill & Elliot (Merril?) were the (unreadable) & Washington George is Administrator The prize bill amounted to some over $ 12000, Ella had a letter from Jane (Pearsons?) last week Oliver (Chapin?) has his auction to day Jane thinks Freeman want go back to Minnesota this fall she says it is so late he cannot do much this fall
