Hopkinton, Iowa, March 5, 1895. Cashier Farmers Bank, Dear Sis, I herewith serve you a note (for rent money) against Mr. J. W. Robinson. He disired as little time on the note which I have granted. When he is ready to pay it settle according to the terms of the note, and send me the amount in two drafts one for one hundred even dollars and remainder in the other. Your truly, F. H.
