be beat anywhere. I have been busy all day making out muster rolls. wrote a letter to Sally tonight. The orders are on to Nashville in the morning. Feb 28th Lay in camp all day expecting to be ordered forward. Weather clear and warm. Mar 1st Weather verry rainey all day. Expecting to march ery hour but no call. Mar 2nd Weather Still raining. ordered to strike tents at 5 Oclock P.M. Marched to the river got there at dark. raing verry hard with some sleet. Found the road
