ing about 5 Oclock this evening. I was detailed with 20 men from our company to help our teams over which we succeeded in doing by 9 Oclock tonight. The weather has been verry cold and windy all day and is freezing quite hard tonight. Mar 4. Weather still cold and ran. The reg. was marched 2 miles South of town and encamped. The bridge broke away again in the night last night which is quite hard on us as the provisions are all in the cars on the other side and cannot be got over until it is fixed.
