matter, - for we love them all. Drs.' mother had six boys - and I know when our first came she so hoped for a girl, so life is - July 19 - I had a new great grandson. Scott Matthew Shumway, son of [[underlined]] Dr. [[/underlined]] Susan Cook & John. I went to Milw., over a year ago to attend their wedding - Susan & John now live in Calif. and her mother was out to help them settle in their own home, of [[underlined]] course [[/underlined]], "babies" can't live in apartments. I hope to see this dear little fellow some day, but they do grow up so fast it seems. I think I do know [[underlined]] a little [[/underlined]] about the "Alice & Pheobe Cary" Club. My mother was a member in Marion - when father was sent to Manchester where I was
