Adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Ives, Mrs. Mentzer Pres. Mrs. Anderson Sec. Nov. 17, 1902 The Cary Club met with Mrs. Ives, ten members being present. Quotations from Longfellow were given in answer to rol. call. The minutes were read and corrected. On account of illness Mrs. Gibson could not be present to give her paper. Mrs. Alexander was unprepared. Mrs. Voris gave an interesting reading from John Bright - "The Struggle in America. Current events were then given. It was voted to leave the appointment of a flower committee to the executive committee. The hostess served light refreshments and a social time was enjoyed by all.
