the ladies of the the different clubs to distribute the bills announcing the [sale?], she then called for volunteers which was responded to by Mrs. Brown, Boris, Dobson, Hutchinson, [Parmenter?], & Davis. There being nothing further the Club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Evans. Mrs Hutchinson (President) Mrs. McKean (Sec'y) Cary Club met at the home of Mrs Evans February 27 1905. Fifteen members present. Rollcall responded to by quotations. Minutes of last meeting read and approved, Mrs Pheeps read from Everybodys Magazine 'The Fourth of March, The Drama of our President ial Inaugurations" which was especially interesting. Mrs Rathbun being prepared with back work read from Stoddards lectures, "Education and Art" in Japan, which was enjoyed by all present. The date for next meeting being guest day the President appointed in Refreshment Com. Mrs Alexander, Hadwin & Evans. Programs Mrs. Boris and McKean. A motion was made and carried that each member be allowed to invite two guests. Owing to the lateness of the hour the rest of the program was postponed and the Club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Hadwin. Mrs Hutchinson (President) Mrs McKean (Sec'y)
