Cary Club 1905-1906 The first meeting of the year was held October second, at the home of Mrs. Brown The retiring president, Mrs Hutchinson, being absent the meeting was called to order by the newly elected president. Ten members were present and responded to roll call with miscellaneous quotations. Vacation echos by the club were given also current events both of which were of special interest. The president appointed Mrs Davis and Mrs Dobson delegates to the Federation. Club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs Pyle. The ladies were invited to remain for a social hour during which time the hostess served refreshments. Mrs Brown Mrs Gibson President Secretary ~"~ Cary club met October 16th with Mrs Pyle, nine members and one visitor being present. Quotations were given in response to roll call. Secretary's report read and approved. History of Lewis and Clark expedition was given by Mrs McKean.
