discussed and the president decided that it would not be necessary to hold an extra meeting as most of the years work had been com-pleted. Back papers were read by Mrs. Rathbun and Mrs. Hadwin. Such adjourned to meet May 28th, at house of Mrs. Hadwin Mrs. Brown President Mrs. Gibson Secretary By a special arrangement the club tea and closing meeting for the year appointed to meet May 28th at the home of Mrs. Hadwin was postponed to Monday afternoon. a number of visitors were present. President called meeting to order. Sketches from Ella Wheeler Hidcoy were given in response to roll call. Minutes on last meeting were read and approved. Mrs. Hadwin and Mrs. Donner furnished some beautiful meal(?) and piano music. Mrs. Dobson gave a recitation. Club adjourned to meet October 8th 1906. The club tea was served on the lawn, the guests being seated at small tables with the ladies of the club. A number of the husbands were present. The day was ideal and the refreshments elegant and enjoyed to the fullest extent. this was a pleasant occasion and fitting closing of a profitable years work. Mrs. Brown Pres. Mrs. Gibson Sec'y.
