Marion Iowa Dec 6 - 1909 Cary Club met with Mrs T.R. Alexander 12 members answered present to roll call-- also with quotations from "Riley" The minutes of last meeting were read and approved Mrs Hutchinson read a magazine article entitled "The daughters of the poor, & the white slave tradie" Mrs Pyle gave an interesting recitation, and Mrs Brown gave a minute description of "Government Work" in the West. Current events were omitted, and in its place the hostess served tea and chocolate cakes. Minutes of the meeting held Nov 22nd were approved. Whereupon a motion to adjourn was made and carried, to meet Dec 20th with the Secretary Mrs C.E.Cross Mrs C.E.Cross Secy Minutes approved Dec 20th Mrs Pyle President
