The Cary Club met Monday April 29th with Mrs. Close. The President presiding ten members present. Quotations from Goldsmith were given in response to roll call. Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. History lesson was made very interesting by Mrs. Winter. A Bit of Early American History was the subject of a very interesting paper read by Mrs. Waffle. A motion was made by Mrs. Brown to postpone Club Tea carried. Current events were then given. Adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Winter. Gertrude Alderman. Sec.
