Marion Iowa March 3, 1913 Cary Club met Monday afternoon with Mrs. Waffle. President called Club to order at two thirty. Roll Call was responded to with Anecdotes. Minutes of previous meeting read and accepted. Treasurer was instructed to pay Federation dues. The Constitution and By Laws of the Marion Federation of Womens Clubs was read. Names proposed at last meeting were then voted upon, which resulted in the election of Mrs. A. J. Bishop and the Secretary instructed to so inform her. Mrs. Winter had the program for the afternoon, her subject being Parcel Post, which was both interesting and instructive. Current events were given after which club adjourned. the place of meeting to be decided later. Mrs. Blinks Mrs.E.W.
