223 Marion Iowa April 14" 1913 Cary Club met with Mrs. Elson Monday afternoon, meeting called to order by the President. Roll call responded to with miscellaneous quotations. Twelve members and one guest present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. An account of the illness of Mrs. Mentzer. Mrs Bishop was assigned her work Yosemite National Park which was enjoyed by those present. Current events were then discussed after which club adjourned to meet in two weeks with Mrs. Shumack Mrs. Blinks Mrs E. W McKean President Secretary The Cary Club with four guests met with Mrs. Shumack Monday April twenty-eighth. The president called the club to order at two thirty. Roll call was responded to with quotations on spring. Rummage pale was announced for the first week in May. It was decided to bind a years sub- scription of same magazine for the library. Mrs. Aldermans work Through Glacier National Park was then given which was full of interest. The current events were prominant feature of the afternoon and were enjoyed by all present. After club adjourned Mrs. Shumack served a delicious dinner it being her birthday which was fully appreciated The president Mrs. Blinks in her
