261 1915. Cary club met with Mrs Mentzer Sept 27" President presiding - Fourteen members responded to roll call with childrens sayings - Minutes of previous meeting read & approved. Motion made that we hold our next meeting Wed, October 6 with Mrs Elson, Mrs Mentzers subject child in the home was very interesting. Also Mrs Elsons Foreign child in the home, Treasurer report was read & accepted. Club adjourned. Mrs E. W. McKean Secy Pro Tem. Mrs Bailey Pres Sept 13. Cary club met with Mrs Bailey, Thirteen members responded to roll call. Minutes of May 31 & June 14" were read & approved. The retiring President then turned the gavel over to Mrs Bailey the new President. who gracefully responded & accepted Mrs Pyle gave a report of the City Federation. Motion made we discontinue the meetings of the club during revival services. Motion made we extend to Mrs Pyle a vote of thanks for her excellent talk. Current events given - & club adjourned. Mrs Bailey Pres - Mrs Bishop Secy Pro Tem. October 6. Cary club met with Mrs Elson. Eleven members present. Quotations from Riley & Eugene Field. Mrs Bailey gave a paper on "child Later in the South." The child & social settlement work was given by Mrs Waffle, followed by Playgrounds by Mrs Winter. Current events followed & club adjourned to meet at the call of the Pres - Mrs Bailey Pres - Mrs Waffle. Secy pro tem.
