Mrs. Athena Mortimer was elected president; but as Mrs. Mortimer was not present, there remained the possibility that is she did not accept her election, it would devolve upon the execution committee to choose a president.
Mrs. Allen gave the information that the membership of the L.T.L. is about 50.
Voted that we subscribe for the Union Signal for this year for the President and for the Librarary.
Voted that we subscribe for the Young Crusader this year for Mrs. Allen.
Voted that we pay the expenses of our new president to the Convention at Burlington October 20, 21, 22, 23.
Offering was $1.15.
