439 we do if God came to earth from outer space?" Eloise read a story written by Mary E. Bly for her great grandchildren. When Esther and David became of age they were married and had a home of their own. One day they had a little daughter named Rachel. She had a red spot on her cheek. As she got older some children wouldn't play with her. Rachel wove a blanket when she was 13. She went to live with Father Isaac and Mother Sarah when her parents died. One morning when Rachel's foster parents got up they saw that her face was brilliant. Rachel said, "I took my blanket and gave it to the baby in the barn. The little baby held my hands and I could hardly get away." Rachel saw her face in the brass tray and it shone beautifully. "Father Isaac said that little babe in the manger must have been the Christ-Child." Our group made 44 calls and sent out 14 cards. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved no old business or no new business. Collection was taken and then we sang the Doxology. Delicious Christmas refreshments were served by the hostess Eloise Keister to Fedelia German, Lela Adams, Nellie Lincoln and myself. Pres. E. Keister Sec. C. Sammon
