Section 3. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to enroll the names of all the members, to keep a record of all the proceedings of the Union, to notify the public of the Meetings, and to sign all orders on the Treasurer for bills allowed by the Union, and to fill out and return the annual report blanks, having first submitted such report to the Union at a regular meeting, or at least to the Executive Committee of the Union. Section 4. It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to collect and hold all membership fees, reporting promptly the names of those having the same to the Secretary for enrollment. She shall also hold all monies collected for the Union, paying all bills on order of the Secretary, countersigned by the President keeping an exact book account, and making quarterly reports to the Union the first of September, December, March, and June, and emitting eighty-five (85) cents for each membership fee to the Treasurer of the State Union. If for any reason any Union disbands, the books and all money shall be sent to the District Treasurer, to be returned if in two years another Union is organized in the place, otherwise the money shall go to the District organizing fund. Time of Meeting Art. 6 The regular meetings of the Union shall be held for prayer and conference, on 3rd Tuesday of each month and shall be conducted as the Executive Committee shall from time to time determine.
