W. Richards second Mrs Hess 3 ward Mrs J. S. Stokes forth ward. Compliments were sent pre J.H.C. Main by sending a note of apreciacion of his stand in the right aginst drinking and gambling in the Colege buildings letter was also sent the boy. Mrs C. M Kesney sent a protest aginst preparing war ships a vote of thanks was given Respertation people for their good care of us for the day. The teachers reception Tuesday Apr 10 is to be held at Cong Church and a potluck supper is to be served. Easter market food sail is to be held April 7 Mrs H. Q. Shaw sec. The regular meeting was held at the home of Mrs Walter Neelies March 20 Mrs Wilian Hamilton was the leader Mrs D C Philips read the devotional a spleded program was injoyed Mrs. H. Q Shaw sec. Regular WCTU meeting was held April 17 at Mrs Alferd Borrows home Mrs Rev Sincox lead devotional Rev Mrs Harris talked to us of her experience as a WCTU in her (illegible) of 35 years $6.00 was allowed for expence for reception a sence of sadness was felt in our meeting because of the deaths of Miss Gertrud Bailey and Miss Rosa Hays Mrs H. Q. Shaw secretary - Meeting of May 15, 1928 held at Friend Church Rev Sincox lead devotional he read a part of Heb 11. Mrs Robert Lincoln requested Mrs Stocks to keep minutes as the secretary was absent $5.00 was given Schauffer Training school for Americanizing work $10.00 was given Social Servis League $2.00 was given toward prise essays in Iowa high school proviced by Mrs Stocks. Mrs Lincoln and Mrs Hess visited the Women at Montazuma and reported a pleasant time.
