Page 1 Philadelphia Feb the 20 1871 Dear brother I gote your letter not in time to get one through by the 18 I will tell you A boute Our Cheese factory on the Cornere Captaine barber builte the factory inthe Start and put in water And pressess I think u theg press by A Scren the Same as church Screw the Sa Is [illegible] Comity of I men is atfainete In the Spring to Sell the Cheese Some times thay Say Some things to the Others once Sometimes not as parte the Cheese is Sold thay All got thare pay In money this last fall the Cheese was Sent to New york sure is not Souled yet thay Dranede w cte fer pound on the Cheese Cart fall the Cheese is not Sould yet that All have to find 1 renate to 1 Come then the man that makes the Cheese to find the balance for the Season the many makes the Cheese for [illegible] for Hundured lbs And finds every thing Chanes And All that it takes Charles Gool has 2 or 3 fellars In the Sumer thay picked up Some last year the man that made the Cheese got them they Scaled the Cheese In the Same heater
