Phila. Jeffer Co N.Y.2 19th Augt. 1872 To my Nephews Thomas & Henry Child Nevada Story Co. Iowa I was this morning at your Fathers--he had mentioned to me that your Mother was sick. & it appeared to be Palsy--I saw her She takes little notice of persons or of any thing--She will seem to want to speak & then her speach or memory fails her & she cant make herself understood--I did not understand as she had been for a few days that she could venture to [walkin?]--I think it is the same your uncle Noah
