4 reducing and treating fractures, gunshot wounds &c. and sincerely I wish I might have more of Surgery than any thing else, to do. so far as my limited experience goes it is the most satisfactory branch of the profession, and I feel more confidence in my ability in that - while in Gynecology the one branch I would like to be proficient in, I know nothing of. nor can I learn at least as yet, the more I read the more bewildered I am, and dissatisfied with myself. wish I might have access to a hospital where perhaps I might learn from Clinical experience.
