Meeting opened with singing Prayer by The Rev J B Harok[?] Minutes of the last meeting read and approved. Reading by Miss Lena [illegible] Mr. [illegible] one of the committee on grounds reports that said committee had selected the Grove near Mr. Richards place as a suitable place for holding the proposed Picnic, on motion the report of the committee was accepted. On motion it was decided to hold picnic one week from today, on the [illegible] selected by committee Meeting adjourned A F Bond Sec'y
