Tempting Colorado * I wanted to possess and experience everything. In my eagerness involving life, I wanted to capture the spirit that animated everything and possess its soul, the pulsation that was life. 27 May '86 My love of Colo., my love of the terrain, the land overpowered me when I arrived here in CO in 1924. It was the one abiding place my heart was set on, longed, yearned to be. As a student I had tried every summer to gain employment in the mts. In the Estes Park Wonderland the story was always- without success
