Blakesburg Iowa Feby 23 1875 Mr Geo. S. Finney Dear Sir Your letter of the 10th inst came duly to hand and as Usual was very glad to hear from you. you say it will be quite impossible for you to come home this spring oweing to the fact that you have some money standing out that you cannot collect now. Well Perhaps you are right, you should always let your best judgment govern you in all the affairs of Life. i have rented out a good deal of the Land, and will rent the Ballance.
