of John Smith son of Sam Smith [&c?] of Batavia. I will send you a slip of news Paper in which you can read the Proceedings for your self. I am busey attending to my farm business. I have 16 very nice youn stears besides [Jonie?] other nice cattle. I think I will build a house this fall on the South Plase, and give some good working man a Lease for 3 or 4 years. If I have any ordinary luck I think I will do will with the Howard farm that I bought, it is now all Paid for. Tom Borman & [Jms?] [Gorling?] [home? house?] have a good store in the Brick and doing well. If Tom Lives he will be a rich man, he has quit the horse raceing business.
