Blakesburg Ia 2 = 6= 1878 Mr George S Finney I wrote to you some two weeks ago. Since then I took a trip out to Desmoins & Council Bluffs, to see after my Frank Blake debt, but did not make any thing out of it. Now George if you have not yet made me a remittance I hope you will at once I am needing some money to pay my taxes &c Send the amount Including the due Bill I gave you, or without it, dont make no diferance, I have not been able to collect a cent on the School order as yet, for which I gave the due Bill.
