Sept 24, 1934- Cary Club met Sept 24, with Mrs. Carrie Reichert. Thirteen members were present. The meeting was called to order by the Pres. Mrs. Wilson. the minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. The report of the Federation meeting was given by Mrs. Fernow. She reported Kindergarten and Band plans were discussed, also a Mother-Daughter Banquet. All clubs were asked to attend the fruit shower for the Old Ladies Home Sept 27 and also requested the clubs to pay their dues. Mrs. Thomas, being absent, no treasurer's report was given. Mrs. McKeon reported having paid $5.61 for the programs Mrs. Wilson authorized the Treasurer to pay the Federation dues. The Secretary was also voted a new Secretary Book. The program was given by Mrs. [surname]l and Mrs. Leslie Phelps, who read for Mrs. Alice Phelps. Mrs. [same surname as above] gave a most interesting account of her trip to New Mexico.
