After a very pleasant meeting, the Club adjourn- ed to meet January 4, 1937 with Mrs. Mary McKean. Aea B. Price, Secretary. The Cary Club met at the home of Mrs. Mary McKean January 4, 1937 for its regular meeting, Mrs. Carrie Reickert, the vice- president presiding. Twelve members responded to roll call. The secretary's report of the last meeting was given and approved as read. A letter from Mrs. A. B. Nollsch, who sent word that it would be impossible for her at the present time to accept the club's kind invitations for her to become a member was read by the secretary. The treasurer reported that there was $16.50 in the treasury but the disbursements have amounted to $7.14 leaving a balance of $9.36. A motion was made and seconded that the treasurer's report be accepted, carried. The following program was given; The book, "No Thank You," by Jack Young, was reviewed by Alta Emerson. There were thirteen members present and two guests Mrs. Ida McCroy and Mrs. Ara Crowner. After adjourn- ment Mrs. McKean passed delicious Christmas Candy. Aea B. Price, secretary.
