The Cary Club met Nov. 7 with Mrs Mary M Kean. Eleven members responded to hall call with quotations from Mr. C. Bryant. The minute of the last meeting were read and approved. Mrs. Seger reported that Royal H. Halbrook had accepted the invitation to speak for the Founders Day program and named several dates when he was available. Following a general discussion it was decided to hold the program Nov. 21st at the home demonstration room at the Marion Law Company. Mrs Ford, Mrs Thomas, Mrs Woodward and Miss Elua Emerson were appointed by the president on refreshment committee. It was decided that each member should invite two guests. Mrs Elua Emerson read on account of the life of [Name?] Cullen Bryan, famous poet and journalist. He was a poet of nature. His were overflowing with the religion of the woods.
