Friday A.M. met in regular session at 9 A.M. Mrs Pierce presiding. Mrs Hunter called on for report of Constitution Committee. Motion made by Mrs Tomlinson that the Constitution and bylaws be acted on article by article and adopted as a whole. Constitution and by-laws as presented by Mrs Hunter and amended to read as follows: Motion made by Mrs Hunter to accept report of constitution committee. Seconded by Mrs Blanchard. Carried. Senator Cummins was introduced and gave the following address. Mrs Pierce said that Senator Cummins did not need an introduction to the people of the State of Iowa. After the speech the delegates and visitors gave Senator Cummins a rising vote of thanks as a mark of appreciation of this courtesy. Report o Nomination Committee given by Miss Dunlap, Secretary for this committee. President, - Mrs I.H. Tomlinson, Des Moines. Vice President, - Mrs Oscar Ruff, Sioux City. Second Vice President, - Mrs Max Mayer. Third Vice President, - Dr Maryane Mills, Ottumwa. Fourth Vice President, - Mrs E.J. Koch, Cedar Rapids. Secretary - Mrs Clarence Knutson. Treasurer - Sadie Passig, Humboldt. Nominating Commitee - Mrs Koch, chairman, Mrs James Devitt, with Miss Flora Dunlap as Secretary.- Mrs H. Jesse Miller - Credential Committee reported 64 delegates - 64 votes - 8 officers - one
