Fourth Vice President - Mrs C.J. Koch, presented. Recording Secretary - Mrs Clarence Knutson, not present. Treasurer - Mrs Sadie Passig, had been in convention but called away so not here to be presented. Motion made by Mrs Blanchard that all ballots be destroyed by the Election Com., seconded and carried. Mrs Pierce in turning over the work urged all to be more thoughtful in answering correspondence and thus make the work of of the President and other officers more responsive to the needs of the League. Mrs Mayer made motion that telegram be sent to elected officers not present notifying them of their election to office, and members of the Executive Committee of the I.L.W. Voters. Seconded - Carried. Miss Dunlap, Chairman Resolutions - Mrs Ruste second member reported on Resolutions. Mrs Mayer made motion that resolutions be read one by one and acted upon. Seconded by Mrs Hunter. Carried. Convention adjourned to meet Mr Millard who consented to give a demontration of the Hare Porportional Representation. A special vote of thanks is due Mr. Millard, Field Secretary for the Proportional Representation for his many courtesies. The November Bulletin will be a convention number and will contain extracts from all the principal speeches. The editor hopes to have it ready to mail by the 20th of the month.
