seconded by Mrs Ruff. Motion carried. Moved by Mrs Mayer, that the per capita tax be applied on the County quota, seconded by Mrs Koch. Motion carried. Moved by Mr Mills that the quota of the State League shall be payable in three installments, on Nov. 15, on Feb 15 and on Sept 15. Seconded by Mrs Mayer. Motion carried. Moved by Mrs Mayer that $1000. be the amount of the bond required of the State Treasurer and that the cost of the bond be paid from the Treasury of the League. Seconded by Mrs Koch, motion carried. Moved by Mrs Mayer that a suggested constitution for the use of the city and county units be drafted to conform to the State Constitution and Bylaws and sent out with the newly revised and adopted constitutions. seconded by Mrs Koch. Motion carried. Moved by Mrs Koch that the new stationary be purchased for the League. Seconded by Dr. Mills. Motion carried. A budget was discussed for the years works. Moved by Mrs Mayer that the President by empowered to make investigations, and furnish whatever necessary to maintain the office, keeping within the budget of $1000.00. District chairman and committee chairman discussed. The committee adjourned to meet after lunch. The committee lunched together at Younkers. The executive committee met at 2 o' clock at the Headquarters with the same members present as at the morning meeting. The following district chairmen were named with the approval of the Executive Com.
