to all State organizations both men and women, that they be invited tot he Convention of the National League of Women Voters. Motion seconded by Mrs Pierce. Carried. Moved by Mrs Mayer that the Executive Com. of the I.L.W.Voters assumes the responsibility for the payment of any deficit in the approved budget of $2000. for the expense of the National Convention of the National League of Women Voters. Seconded by Mrs Koch. Carried. Moved by Mrs Mayer that a copy of the previous resolution be sent to Dr Dickey, Convention Chairman, seconded by Mrs Dante Pierce. Carried. Report of Entertainment Com. resulted in the motion by Mrs Mayer seconded by Mrs Koch that Mrs Pierce be requested to put on an entertainment with full power to act. Motion carried. Adjourned to meet at the call of the Pres.10th Dist Chr, Mrs Hopkin of Lake City was named. A tea for the Legislative ladies was discussed and with the consent of the Board, all chairmen of the National Convention and their Committee members be invited to a pep convention acquaintance tea at Headquarters.
