Maulsby. The Credentials Committee reported 4 Executive Officers present, 5 District chairmen, 3 standing Committee chairman and 24 delegates in all registered so far. This was followed by the report of the Constitution Committee. The President Mrs Tomlinson reported that action on the Constitution would be taken Friday morning. The following committees were announced. Elections - Mrs W.W. Littell. Promotion - Dinner - In the report of the second Vice President Mrs Max Mayer the discontinuation of the Bulletin was explained and Mrs Mayer recommended after the Convention and every month during the special Legislative session and the session of Congress until the Bulletin subscribers receive their complete 12 copies without additional expense,
